Packages are always late and if it goes to the greensboro location then you'll be waiting an extra 3 days
Removed blue box from our property. Tried setting up meeting with post master but she will not return calls and will not respond to any requests. Entered complaints online and nothing. Very poor customer service and not reflective of those who are working inside the physical post office.

Didn’t get my package when I was supposed to
I have no problem with the location but the 800 number that is provided as a contact number is horrible. I was told my wait time would be 28 to 30 minutes. It is ridiculous that i have been waiting for 80 mins and i still have yet to speak with a representative. Then they have the nerve to ask if I would like to do a survey after the call. Really? Something needs to be done.
