I had a package get disposed by them because they couldn't deliver it to me. However I contacted the shipping company and they said my address and all my other information is correct. Even the shipping company couldn't understand why they won't send me my package. I don't understand how they could decide to destroy my package when I did everything correctly. I was about to lose my money and my package. It was only until I went in person that they could track down my package before it was going to be disposed of. They do not pick up calls, but if you go in person, you might have a chance to save your package.
I felt safe; Nice Job with keeping up with safety requirements in our new found position in response to Clvid-19.
This place is a joke, dont bother calling they dont pick up. Their weekend carriers dont even leave their trucks to try to deliver packages or leave a notice.
At first sight of the 2 long lines for the window and passports I thought to myself this is definitely a 90 minute thing. Plus how bad would it have been if we didn’t have the right paperwork etc. This employee came out to make people had what they needed and went and got them a certain form if needed. Since we were renewing passports she took us checked our paperwork and reviewed for any missing info. AMY N was without a doubt the best of the best on this crowded Saturday morning. Made this trip to the post office a pleasant experience.
Worst customer service !! Every time I go I receive the worst attitude, never help and never answer questions employees don’t have manners I don’t understand how they still have the job
