Heartfelt thanks to everyone at Kea'au Post Office for being there for our family and community during this difficult time. Even with the immense extra strain the staff are under, with us all ordering so much more online during COVID time, the staff remain courteous, warm and efficient as ever. These folks are working extra hours early in the morning and staying way past closing time each working day to make sure that EVERYONE in that non-stop line is served. I don't know where we would be without their extraordinary dedication.

Staff is very friendly and efficient and are doing their absolute best in these difficult times to serve everyone with kindness and respect.

In these hard times I believe the Keaau Post Office should find away to serve their clients with a faster way just to pick up packages. Waiting in line for 45 minutes today 4/15/20 in the hot sun, just to pick up packages doesn't help us seniors or anyone else. I know you had sick clerks but I am sure you have backup clerks to fill in. You have two outside places that could be opened up for pickup only ( services that don't need the registers for money payments) one in the front and one in the back. Coming to the Post Office is very stressful these days.nThank you.

Been waiting almost four years for them to give me a mailbox in my neighborhood. They don’t answer phone during business hours either.
