Overall, the service is excellent; however, there needs to be a separate line for parcel pickups. There is only one line to service everything, which requires the public to wait, and as everyone knows, Hilo weather can be unpredictable!
Everyone I've met has been very professional and nice! Most time I get mail within 3 business days, which some comes from as far as 4400 miles away! Big Island Rocks. Barb Hart, KY roots with Aloha love. God bless!
Very friendly staff that gives excellent customer service at all times. They work like well oiled machines. I love it when they address you with your first names. They are awesome! Thank you!
Poor customer service. I had a properly packed box that was fully taped, and with a prepaid label. When I brought the box and label to receptionist Paula, she stated that I had to purchase tape from them in order for me to send it. This is not the case because it was priority mail, and the priority mail tape was sitting right next to her to use. I know for a fact that this is exactly what the priority mail tape is used for, and I told her this, but she still made me purchased tape. This is for customer service and I would like to file an official Complaint. Unfortunately, there is no direct phone number to do this. I will be contacting the Postmaster
Line is always super long and the self service machine is never working. Expect to be in line for awhile if you do need service.
