When i lived in Hilo, i used this post office many times. EXCELLENT customer service, with the ALOHA spirit. Enjoy.
Keaau post office is small and always busy with all of us collecting pkgs. The clerks are overworked but always friendly and efficient. The lines are moving faster now but no more than three customer s allowed in at a time.
If I was able to give 0 stars, I WOULD, but in order to write them a review I HAVE TO give them 1 star at least! Anyway, this place sucks! I tracked a package and they said it was delivered when the clearly DID NOT! Now my package is lost!
At times the lines are huge. But the staff is very friendly and helpful.
