Return my packages to sender. Says they are undeliverable. The Post Office has delivered numerous packages to me before with the exact same address in previous years. My address has not changed, but their ability to deliver has. This is the 3rd time they have done this. It does no good to call manager. My support for the Post Office has disappeared. I no longer care if they go out of business.

We have been having trouble with our cluster box's parcel locker not opening. Tried leaving notes for the mail carrier, talking to the clerks at the post office personally and leaving feedback online. The Post Master, Anthony, got involved and VIOLA! our problem was solved. Turned out the lock was broken on the parcel locker. After 5 days we were finally able to get our packages! Anthony was very friendly, polite and helpful, and instead of making us feel like it was user error or something we were doing wrong, he got us a solution!

Rude lady at the counter, unwilling to help the customer, yells at anyone coming in the door if they are exceeding the 6 person covid rule. Never again will I come here to send my mail or packages, I’ll go to my friendly Tijeras office where they know my name and greet everyone with a smile

Why didn't I get any weekly ads and coupons today?nnI was able to get the adds at the post office. They usually don't forget the adds in the mail box. Anyone can have an off day. The workers always seem helpful and friendly. I really don't have any real complaints.

Looses packages, get wrong mail, understaffed. Not employees fault, but I’m sick of the horrible always delayed services.
