I was actually there that day, and before you go and throw someone under the bus like that, you should reflect on your own behavior. You were verbally attacking Katie the entire time while she was incredibly professional. She kindly informed you that you didn't have the required documents and that she couldn't help you. That being said, these cashiers do not need to take abuse from people, they don't even need to help people, they reserve the right to refuse service just like anyone else in a customer service position. She also, kindly, asked you to leave which you did, but then felt the need to come back and give her more poor language and attitude, to which she finally responded calling you the B word, which was entirely deserved. These cashiers work so hard and are often the only ones in the office, so you should really reconsider your actions. Take a look at your own behavior and language before you post about someone else's and try to ruin reputations.nThis Post Office is the best one around, I don't even live in Kiowa and I come to this office specifically for help from Katie and Preston. If you are not going to be nice, then don't utilize this office and ruin it for everyone, including the other customers.

I have all excellent experiences since Katie and Ellen are here.nHowever, I don't know why Dec 5 , 2020. the post office is closed.

The experience I had in this place was appalling!!! We went in for passports for our family following all directions posted on their website. From the moment Katie made contact with my family she was rude and completely disinterested in assisting us. When I asked for her supervisor’s contact info she gave a fake number. When confronted about it she used language that was lude and completely unprofessional for a government representative then told me to go somewhere else. I am completely shocked. Do not go there if you require a sort of assistance other than dropping off mail.

So glad I got an email from google as now I noticed this place shows a 4.3 rating yet on google maps, the overall rating is really a 2.1. Why this is not translating over to this page, I don’t know. This was my review 11/21/17 after having several issues with my packages.nn‘Absolutely HATE this office. For one, they won’t deliver any of my packages because of my ‘dog’ saying it was for safety reasons despite the fact my dog is locked inside without any way out unless someone physically lets her out. The guy who delivers will actually park and honk then wait for my dad to come get the packages. He knows my dad is home every day so when he delivers I actually get my packages. The woman who delivers is the WORST. She won’t even try to come to our house. She just delivers a note saying I need to pick them up. I can’t even go get them since I work from 7am-5pm and they close right at 4:30. Because of the deliver woman, I got my graduate textbooks late. Had she just done what the male carrier does and honks, my dad would come get it. Instead, she doesn’t try and my books were late! I had to beg a family member to pick them up since I was unable to make it to the post office by or before 4:30. Unfortunately this is not the first time it has happened. It’s every time she drives and now I have to figure out a way to go get the new packages I’ve been waiting for. If I could switch to Elizabeth I would.’nnThey still don’t deliver ANY of my packages despite having a drop off box now for delieveries as requested. Over a year later and they still have a lazy work ethic.
