I was there mid-week around noon hour and the parking lot was very crowded, mostly from long lines due to passport applicants outside. Inside the service counter was surprisingly few people. Best to avoid larger afternoon crowds and weekends due to parking.

I like that it’s not crowded. But it’s a bigger hassle to get in and out of. I’m still a fan of the other location. Oh well.

Horrible services! To get your passport. I had kids waiting in the car because it’s to crowded. Bad customer services. Make everyone wait by the elevator.

I called before hand and the lady told me they were taking photos at that location so If you’re going to get a passport make sure to bring your own photo they no longer take them there . I had to go back and forth to wallgreens because they didn’t take it right . The ladies did help me out though I had an appointment they told me to come back with the picture without having to wait in line . It was really busy and crowded.

Horrible!! Customers the windows lady’s are so rude!!! Mean!!! If people ask questions is because we don’t know! I don’t think they are working for free.
