As far as Post Offices are concerned, this is the best one I have encountered. I ship several letters and small packages daily, and I have not had a problem with this post office. I have had problems down the line, but things are always scanned in and on their way the same day. The staff there are generally polite to me and helpful if I have a question or concern. It is a busy post office so if you need help, there will be a wait.
So when I'm watching the tracking for a package, and it says it was delivered in my mail box, but there's no package there. The quality of the post office is becoming a joke. Amazon has done great, ups and fedex too. This is the second time the post office delivered one of my packages to the wrong address.
Instead of my order getting shipped to my customer i found it in my own mail box. Thanks for not doing your only job.
Candice has been exceptional - going out of her way to help me locate a missing Rx package and personally call me and then forward it to my winter home.
Came in looking for package that contained hardware we needed to get to contractor today before noon. Candace listened to my story then went out back and found the package first thing this morning.nnHer and Pamela are real professionals who deal with a lot of different personalities every day all day.nnI for one appreciate the extra effort and thank Candace for starting our day off right!
