For the past 10 years or so that I have gone to the Norton Post Office, I have had good experiences and was able to get my mail or eBay packages shipped out successfully and in a timely manner. Debbie always takes good care of me and takes time to address any questions I have. I recommend not showing up at the last minute before their lunch time or close time because it does not bode well for most customers. I also find that having a good attitude and being well prepared before sending mail goes a long way for a great experience at the post office. If you ever are in doubt, always remember to call with a question before making a trip to the post office unprepared.
My issue seems to be more with the route drivers. I guess there must be a new route driver every day. Some of us have health issues or physical conditions that do not allow us to check on our mailboxes every day especially in bad weather. Calling the local postal office results in being told it will be corrected but it consistently repeats. I'm sick of getting my mail sopping wet due to rain and snow because the route carriers cannot ensure that the mailbox lid is securely closed!

Issue I have is their lunch hours, I mean most places close from 12-1, I can't make heads or tails of them being closed till 2:30...would be nice if they'd fix that
