Why does everyone who answers the phone automatically have an attitude? I am having issues with package delivery and when explaining my issue, I was cut off speaking TWO times by TWO different people. My issue has not been resolved to go along with that. It’s a simple fix because I haven’t had this issue before and out of no where I find my packages not being delivered to my mailbox. Not happy or satisfied.
There is no way to contact this place! I'm not getting my mail. I haven't got my tax even though my boss sent them. Usps sucks know.
Went to get a new passport. Spent the money, had my picture taken. Just received notification from US department of state that the picture wasn't good enough. So now, during a pandemic, imbetween working and fostering puppies, I get to find time to go back out, pay to have a new photo taken and mail it in before they cancel my passport entirely. Thanks for nothing

A package was delivered but it was either never delivered or it was stolen in a apartment complex and calling is impossible to speak to a real human. And I can't even get a code sent to me in a text for texts about deliveries. I want better service for my deliveries where I can speak to someone who can't even deliver a package the right way without stealing from people or not caring if its stolen.
