Never been on a long wait at this location. Competent and courteous folks managing and working at the place. No complaints so far!
Absolutely RUDE people working there!! I walked in asking where the stamp kiosk was and the only answer I got twice was we're closed. Yeah I heard you sir, can you answer the question? We're closed as he repeated again. Then why is the door still open??? The place is a joke.
I live in the 45039 zip code area in Landen and my son lives in the 45039 area in Turning Leaf. We sent him a card before Thanksgiving, he saw it on his mail scan ap on November 27 and it is Dec 10th and it has not shown up at his house. How could it have gone through his scan and not be delivered? I posted last summer because we mailed a bill and a greeting card through Maineville's pick up in Landen in June and neither were ever received. The greeting card was sent to a daughter in Georgia. The health insurance bill payment was sent in a business envelope with a scan bar provided by the insurance company. It also never arrived. These were out of state and could have been lost anywhere, but sending a card within your zip code and seeing it on the scan ap, I don't know how that was lost.

I lost thousands.of dollars while I waited for a part to come in. I payed for same day delivery. Took 3 days to come in. Nearly couldn't feed my family because the material I needed for work was late.
