I go here almost every day and they are very nice and helpful.
Terrible service and inexperienced staff ordered a package that was supposed to be delivered December 2nd package was sent from west Jefferson Ohio facility to Evansville Indiana which i was informed isn't even the route that it should've taken to get to Southern illinois so it was miss shipped. it should've went from Ohio to Indianapolis Indiana then to their facility by st Louis mo and finally to marion illinois. and it's currently 6 days late for delivery and they stopped updating my tracking and keep using the excuse that it's December so it might take longer which is no excuse for it being sent to the wrong destination. Also my package is no less important than anyone else's so there's no excuse for them promising a delivery date and being almost if not more than a week late by the time I receive it
Not at all helpful. Highly rude, and customer service is the pits. Seen my packages in the mail to be sorted hopper, and wouldn't let me have them. Nice. They were due to be delivered at my home today, information via the post office and eBay tracking services.
