I had a package I needed help with sending during my one hour break at work. I spent 55 minutes waiting in line for the chatty worker to stop her conversation with two other customers, and ended up having to leave without even getting to mail my package. Absolutely ridiculous.
Called and spoke with Renee regarding a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. She was extremely respectful and showed genuine concern for my issue. She took my name and number and said she would research where it might be and call me back. My issue has been resolved. Thank you!
I placed a small envelope package in the drop box in front of this post office and they can't help me locate what happened to it. Not acceptable from anyone who thinks stealing is Ok, it isn't. My package was never scanned in. It just disappeared...
Very friendly staff! Was in a rush at their close time and the front desk lady provided me with a stamp and envelope when I didn’t have one. Needed to mail one item and she was very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend!
I was there on the last mailing day before Christmas, and while some of the customers were stressed, the people working at the Post Office were friendly and efficient and unflappable. So grateful to have someone open till three on Saturdays!
