Really unfriendly, impatient and unhelpful women working here. On a recent visit they seemed annoyed that we weren't familiar with the exact procedure for mailing an international parcel.
This is a smallish usps so sometimes there is a line but it always moves fast. Avoid 4:15-4:30 pm and that solves most of your wait times. Remember they’re closed for lunch and that takes away most of the frustrations. I Mail and receive a lot of stuff because of selling online. Everything has always been prompt, delivered appropriately, no issues. Very nice people at the desk willing to help you make the right mailing decisions. thanks!
If I could put 'NO STARS' I would... I have always defended the postal service, but I can see why they're going out of business... I had 4 large packages shipped from FedEx and FedEx shipped the packages to my local post office for delivery... 1 of the packages was fragile... I realized the packages should have already arrived and checked the tracking and it showed the post office delivered my packages yesterday... CRAMMED in a tiny mailbox... They weren't brought to my door, they didn't call me and ask me to come pick them up, they just stuffed them all in my mailbox... And my fragile box (that has fragile marked all over it) was damaged ud83dude21... I'm so angry!
I love our small, personable, historic, and service-oriented Post Office! It's handy, staff are helpful, and I frequently am there to mail packages or buy stamps. Thank You!
