The worst ever. Was told I can put a hold on my mail. Yet my mail was still delivered to my house. Which is vacant right now due to remodel. They then supposedly sent my ID back to bmv. Which they never got so now I have to fork out an additional 26 dollars for a replacement because of them.
Horrible customer service. I had to come here after moving into a new apartment so I could have the mailbox locks changed on my mailbox. They told me to come back in a week to pick the new key up. I went back a week later and they said the key was not ready. I told the lady that I had important mail in the mailbox and had to take time off work to come pick the key up. She said the guy who changes the locks does not work every day so that's why it wasn't ready. I asked if it would be ready the following day, she said she did not know. I said okay well I'll call before I come tomorrow to make sure that it's ready and she told me their phones were down. I went to get the key 2 days later, website said they open at 9AM, I waited until 930AM, finally saw a car pull up, called 20 times until someone picked up and I was put on hold for 20 minutes so I left because I had to be at work. Very frustrating.nnUPDATE: **Finally got through on the phone and key is still not ready over a week later!!!!!nnUPDATE: Called again asked if the key was ready, I was told no locks were changed today and the guy who changes keys left already.nn**I was also told to put my mail on hold, but after reading these reviews about people's mail getting stolen, why would I do that?
Poor service say they attempt to deliver a package but dont because there to lazy to work on a sunday said they left a notice also but after reviewing my security cameras for the previous 12hrs it showed they never did really try to deliver my package.
A postal carrier at this location STOLE MY MAIL!!!!! Thankfully, I have informed delivery, so I was able to see that the Ohio lottery had sent me coupons for a discount off the purchase of additional tickets. I waited several days after it was supposed to be delivered and nearly two weeks later, I still have not received my mail. Theft of mail is a felony and is an especially horrid offense by a government employee. You have a responsibility to the public to be fair, honest and thorough! YOU SHOULD NOT BE STEALING MAIL!!!! I have already filed a complaint and inquiry on the USPS website and I am trying to determine what other recourse I have to have this matter addressed. In addition to MAIL THEFT BY A POSTAL EMPLOYEE, they don't even deliver my packages to the right address. This location is awful and THEY STEAL!!!!!!
I went there to retrieve my hold mail. The lady answer and gave my mail was extremely rude. Suppose to ring the buzzer once. After waiting for ten minutes, my cab driver said ring again, they probably forgot and the same lady answered and started chastising me. I am not a child. Reading some of the comments, all of them should take a class in customer service.
