I just need to ask a simple question, I tired calling and got redirected to some automated messaging system. Went through all the options not one let me talk to a rep at this location. Pathetic at best

Was your typical post office. I just ran in the mail a package. There was no line so guess I got lucky. The person who helped me behind the counter was polite and helpful. It could definitely use a cleaning though. Overall i have been in way worse and been treated way worse. Would go back again

This is the worst of the worst. Plastic kids dishes were shoved in my box. I couldn’t get it out because my side of the box is smaller than the entry side. It ended up breaking. I rebought the item and they did the same thing and again I broke it trying to pull it out. Perhaps I should have left a note telling him not to do that but I didn’t. I went to the Mohegan Lake branch to complain and was told the postmaster will call me. Guess what. No call. Also an issue once where an item was probably taken from my door. Called Usps and was given a case number. They never followed up and when I called they told me they had no case number that matched the one I gave them. Also the building is god awful. Dirty and old looking.

New workers of the crew are careless, lazy, and body language and poor manors make it seem like they hate to work and hate their job. Only two workers are actually polite, helpful, and provide great customer service every time my family and I go there. Be prepared to have one of many lost mail items.

When I went here a lady with glasses and brown hair who had came back from her lunch break was assisting me. She was late to my appointment and was very rude to me. She gave me dirty looks and it was disgusting and disrespectful.
