Funny seeing poor reviews pop up for this post office in the past few months. Must be all of the new folks who have moved into town.nnThe mail works a little different up here than back in NYC (I’ve lived there for years), get used to it and try not to complain about good folks who are a joy to interact with when I pick up packages.

I’ve walked into this location and had to wait at least 5min for the woman to finish her personal phone conversation with her friend. She saw me and didn’t care I was waiting (and trust me, it was not an important convo.) Not to mention I’ve shipped something twice from here and the first package didn’t ship for DAYS after I dropped it off (I checked the tracking) and the second package got lost and never reached its destination. My neighbors have had similar issues shipping from this location and I’m not sure why it keeps happening. It’s absolutely the worst experience I ever had with the USPS. Even though it’s a hike I’ll definitely be driving to FedEx or UPS next time. Don’t waste your time or money here. It’s really unfortunate bc it’s a cute and convenient location, and there are no other option near by.

The woman who delivers my mail is terrible! She has one job, deliver mail, and she refuses to get out of here car and deliver my packages. When I track my package it says delivery failed, even when I was home. So she obviously doesn't even try.

The woman working at the office couldn’t be ruder. I’ve worked in customer service for the past 15 + years. She refused to tell me where my package was. She argued with me about when I moved into my home based upon when her surgery was. She was wrong about everything she argued. She argued that I had stopped in numerous times and she had already given me the information and I have never been there nor do I actually know where it is. Post office or not it is completely unacceptable to be rude and argue when someone is simply trying to get information. If you’re that unhappy in your job or life you should something not take it out on others.
