I buy stamps and mail all my letters there the staff are helpful and answer any question that has to do with mailing

Everyone is friendly and kind. I never had a problem. This isn't my post office but I'd rather go to copiague because of the awesome customer service.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm writing this review because this is the second time in a month my package was supposedly delivered but was not. The first time they delivered my package and I couldn't find it. I filed a complaint and they got back to me and had the delivery man go check it out. Turned out he put it in the wrong mail box. The second situation is they said my package was delivered however it never was. I filed a complaint and the manager had the delivery man check again and they couldn't find it even though they said it was ”delivered”. I live in an apartment and they decided to leave my package near the stairs where anyone can come and pick it up. I'm really unhappy with this location!

Friendly nice staff but slower than snails. They really should have younger faster staff to help quicken the process. Takes me 15 to 25 mns to ship a package every time .
