I have always had positive interactions here! Everyone has always been helpful and kind at the window. The building is reliably open when advertised and is always clean. Even during the pre-holiday rush during Covid, I have always received great service! The building is mainstay on Broadway! Thank you for all you do!
I have used the Saratoga Springs post office since 1970 and have ALWAYS experienced pleasant, professional interactions with both the PO staff and mail carriers. Thank you for your excellent service.
Didn’t want to take our packages but sent us to a different location on their convenience
I was simply trying to call to see if they had my mail there and I was on an endless phone loop for 20 min. Your phone system is useless for actually receiving any help if what you need isn't a menu option. Theres no way to talk to a person, yet any other post office I call has someone I can speak to. Maybe consider having better customer service.
I love this Post Office! The people that work there are always friendly and helpful. Ignore the negative reviews by entitled yuppies.
