US Post Office

This post office is not a regular post office—they do not have any mailing supplies there. Nowhere does it say this online. Furthermore, all of the employees made it known that they did not want to be working, and they let the customers know it was their fault that they had to be. We waited two hours in line just to find out they couldn’t help us, the whole time, we could only just laugh with the rest of the customers that were not getting helped or being turned away. After two hours, not one customer was actually helped. It was so unprofessional.

For God's sake such this place down. The negligence is absolutely appalling. All of my late, lost and misplace mail aside... I have literally found some poor persons mail on the sidewalk outside my apparentment. If I could give zero stars I would.

They need to hire someone to answer customers phone calls. This is a horrible first experience with this postal office. I tried calling six times, and no answer from a customer service representative, or a operator. Who does business where you can't speak to someone on the phone, at least give me a computer to interact with. Bad business.

Terrible service! Chatting in the back and no one answering the bell i was ringing, had to knock on a door only for someone to come tell me to ring the bell! Like I wasn't for the past 10 mins. Then a rude lady came to the front to tell me they didn't do postage ( but its a post o..... NEVERMIND!) and went right back to the back before I could even process her words.

This is the greatest Post Office I’ve ever used.They just don’t pay these great public servants enough.
