Great customer service, I came in several times to ship out pretty large items and I was completely clueless.. Every staff member greeted me and helped me out it was excellent! Great cheap rates! Helpful and kind people! A gentleman named Justin made my day delightful. Thank you USPS!

Not receiving mail. The post office is usually good about delivering mail on time. I don't know what I'm suppose to do? I've tried callingnthe automated line at post office and I didn't get anywhere. I could not even talk to a customer service postal employee. I realize the postal service is short staffed due to the covid 19 virus. But, deliver my mail on time!! Pleasennmymsil.

I do believe that this post office in the downtown area should be opened on Saturday the window should be open at least 3 hours. how many seniors that live in the downtown area and so many handicapped people to that are in wheelchairs and makes it impossible for them to get anywhere at this point with covid-19. not too many people want to go far from home this is the most accessible postal service in the downtown area.
