I ship packages very frequently and since this location doesn't have a 24 drop box I have to schedule pick-ups. Most of the time my packages are picked up but sometimes they will be sitting in plain sight and get ignored. I still somehow get a confirmation that they were picked up even if I still have them. I've contacted the main USPS number as well as this location and nothing is done. Some of us don't have the time to go to the post office during the day and stand in line. . It's frustrating when this repeatedly happens and nothing gets done. This location needs a drop box. I don't need to stand in line when I already have my postage but I can't trust the mail carriers to pick up packages.

I haven't got any mail for a week. This is the 3rd time it happens. Edit. Still no mail...

Absolutely horrible customer service. My mailman refuses to deliver packages even ones as small as 1 pound. Claims to have stopped by but no one was home even though we were there every time. Supervisor made every excuse as to why the mailman doesn't deliver them. Amazon and other companies should stop using them immediately!!!

Worst customer service ever. Will not go back there again. Just spent half an hour sending a single box and was used as a guinea pig to train the new employee. Not everybody spent ALL DAY in the post office like you guys!
