They said I didn’t have to pay for expedited shipping and that my package I sent would definitely be delivered by Christmas, however they lied and my gift will now be late. Total frauds. Avoid at all costs
The post office shoved my maid of honor bridal dress in a regular sized mailbox with 4 hard shell boxes and ruined my dress. Broke the wires and busted seams. I put in a claim and appealed it 4 times and they would refund me. Never apologized. Not even a phone call. They also refuse to drive up my driveway and I work at a hospital so I have to spend my lunch driving two towns away to get my package. The one day took my lunch and headed over there and someone decided to take their break earlier than the posted time and wouldn’t see me. So I drove there for nothing. I have called and drove down there multiple times and they always tell me the manager is not there. This is the worst customer service I’ve experienced.
