To the employee who waited on me and others today; I don’t know your name, and honestly even if I did I wouldn’t personally call you out by it because that wouldn’t fix or be the point of what I am about to say. I stood in line today waiting for my turn and I couldn’t help but overhear your conversation with the gentleman you were waiting on. My heart sank hearing the way in which you were speaking to him. You refused to even listen to what he was saying. When he calmly repeated himself you angrily said “that’s something that needs to be handled by this lady” (pointing to your fellow worker) and proceeded to point to the end of the line to wait ... AGAIN. Whether it was truthfully an issue that you were not authorized to handle (it wasn’t by the way), you condescended this customer, this gentleman, and I had to look around to see if what I was seeing and hearing was really happening as well if anyone else was as disgusted as I was.nIt was soon my turn in line and what do you know, I get you. I had a few questions regarding already paid for postage that I couldn’t print because I ran out of ink at my house as well as another package that I needed to pay shipping for. I get halfway through my question and I see the look on your face as if I’m asking you the most idiotic question you have ever been asked. Sir, you didn’t even hear the rest of my question before replying, “I don’t know, that’s not something we do here.” Then you proceeded to hand me two priority address labels/stickers and then ... it happened again. I had to look around to see if what was happening was reality. I have personally had a lot of awful customer service experiences in my life, but this experience takes the cake. It was actually one of the worst experiences hence there was no customer service anywhere to be found.nYou work at the post office sir. People frequent this place often. Sometimes multiple times a day. I really really hope that you were just having a bad day. I get that, believe me. It’s hard to be a people person when you are simply having a no good, very bad day. If that’s the case, I hope you had a better rest of your day or that tomorrow you have a better outlook.

I was waiting in line to get to the counter. I was second in line. I looked away for a split second and while I wasn’t looking, the person in front of me walked away. The guy behind the counter yells “Hello?!” at me. Could have been more friendly, and they always lose my packages.

Lazy, astoundingly late, left brand new computer in box on ground in front of porch, and left, not even knock. Moved mailboxes from bottom of streets to accross a lake (.25 miles to 15 miles) just because they were to lazy to deal with more than 1 drop point. No wonder why they are going bankrupt. Go FedEx or UPS.

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before i was helped. the woman helping me seemed to not be very happy or friendly. poor attitude.
