I ordered a package on Christmas that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday the 28th. According to the tracking information it arrived at the post office at 10 am on Saturday. It is now 6pm on Monday and it still has not been delivered. USPS claims that a delivery was attempted at around 1 pm and another at 5:30 but I have been home all day and did not see or hear anyone and there are no tire tracks in the snow. Plus, the package is small enough that it could have been left in the mailbox.
Be very careful about mailing packages to recipients at this post office. They often disappear before delivery, yet the tracking mysteriously shows they have been delivered - at a time when people are at home and nothing was left at the door and no slip in the mailbox. Be sure to require a signature for all deliveries. Next time we are using an alternate carrier service. First the Campton NH PO was investigated and nearly the entire staff changed. Is the Plymouth PO next? No wonder USPS is going out of business.
Good service. Have never had problems and they are very prompt and courteous.
Nice and helpful staff, I do not feel like I need to be in a rush while I'm there.
