Almost impossible to get service, making eye contact and waving your hand to get their attention and standing at their desk apparently isn’t enough of a hint they have a customer who needs service. Even when they do come to ‘help’ the ‘help’ they provide isn’t typically the most helpful, takes them about 20 minutes to make sure my name is on the package and to hand it to me. Not sure how hard it is to look at a package and check the name and hand it to the recipient, I didn’t own money for the parcel all of my billing and shipping information was all correct, so I’m not sure why it was so hard for this person to complete the simple task of handing me my package and sending me on my way, which should’ve been a maximum of 5 minutes!
Consistently does not deliver packages to my house. Leaves notes in the mailbox saying the package is at the office, but never actually came to see if I was home.nnLazy. Just lazy. It's a small town, there aren't THAT many customers, how hard is it to do your job?nnThe carriers/delivery staff should really go under some strict review.
Absolutely no costomer service!!!
Every day we get other people mail and our packages get delivered to other people’s houses
