The incompetence of the people at the desk is absolutely flooring . I’ve lived in Belleville 15+ yrs and I hate this post office . If it wasn’t for the self serve area this place would suck. I understand it’s a public service but the service is bad .

Employees not wearing a mask. The irresponsibly of the staff left us wondering what the deal is all about. Customers looking at each other wondering what is going on with this! We are still not done with this pandemic maybe this should be required?
This is the FIFTH TIME they lied about delivering a package and nothing came.. once they said it came and kept it at the post office with no type of notice it was there...nnThey have so much complaints it’s sad and I think we should all start a civil action to sue this office and the Postmaster of this office being the Postmaster is the OVERSEER of packages down to money orders... enough is enough with this lazy office! I’m tired!
