For some reason they are sending some of my mail back to sender. Would like to know what is all being sent back and why
That's why you go paperless on all your accounts. I can see on informed delivery all the mail coming in that never makes it to my box. Then off to my neighbors to exchange our mail.
I was told by associate that stamps had to be on the right side of an envelope. There were 10 envelopes I had stamps on the left side of that I was told could not be accepted. I took the time and peeled off the stamps and placed them on the right side and brought them back a different day. I was then told all my stamps were invalid because they were peeled off and they would not work. They also advise me that no such policy exists and I could’ve kept the stamps anywhere on the envelope.nnSo I wasted more money buying stamps that were valid but due to incompetent employees ruined them.
Wonderful experience mailing an envelope. Staff was friendly and helpful.
