We have had 3 packages delivered to the wrong address, 2 this month! We've only been able to recover one. Personnel at the PO said they couldn't figure it out because the supervisor was out of two weeks. Hoping that this can get them to work harder on talking to our mail carrier and doing their part to track these down. This kind of mis-delivery is unacceptable. Especially when they do very little to correct the issue.
Everything is fine until your package goes behind the counter. Will it be shipped today or sit in a pile behind the counter for a week? Nobody knows!!
If you have something that needs to ship priority take it to the main post office. If it's here you have 50-50 chance of it sitting in a pile, forgotten for a few weeks.
For the third time our postal lady LOST a package sent DIRECTLY to our address!! 3rd TIME!! They claim to help find it and never, ever do!!! My husband and I wonder why this particular postal employee is not fired yet. Empty promises lead to post boxes when it comes to this post office. Talk to the manager too! Frustration and irritation is not even the half of it!
I've used Murray City's Post Office for about 80 years. The agents there have always provided very knowledgeable, professional service - and most of the time, with a smile, even when they are rushed. No Complaints Here!
Our mail lady is useless.
We are at the point of possible attorney action.
Nobody is this bad at their job, three separate times we've complained and did not receive our mail (Signature required) and twice packages show delivered.
This latest is a package? We're not sure and nobody has a clue.
