The workers.....want to help you save money! Awesome atmosphere
They never ever ever EVER , answered the phones. I called to get some info and they never answered. Should Check out what they are doing at that facility and make sure it’s up to par with the rest because these guys never answer.
My mom and I had a great experience shipping our packages. We were already stressed before walking in but, Yesica was not only very helpful, but also very patient with us!
They keep giving my mail to my neighbors! One package was turned in to the apartment office "accidentally opened" and the other is missing! Claims are a joke with USPS as you never hear back. Your carriers need to pay better attention to who's mailbox they are putting mail in because that's 2 issues within 1 week. I'm beyond frustrated with your carriers and company.
Horrible. Once you send something without a tracking number it doesn't return or delivers to the address. It doesn't inform you at all for any situation. I have no idea why it has been not delivered or where are the items that I have sent?? I have been told 4 days it has been 2 weeks.
For other issues getting a hold with an agent is nearly impossible. Once you do find someone to talk, they just try to get rid of you. Employees are rude and certainly not even try to listen.
