I am going to make this quick. No need for a long review. The people here are rude, bad at their job and act like they are doing you a favor by doing what their job description is. Don’t go here find another post office somewhere else, I would probably rather drive 30 minutes to another post office than go to this terrible place.
The Postal Worker I talked to on the phone hung up on me! I was trying to get a mail hold since the online site wouldn't work (though it used to) and when I said I couldn't come in to fill out a form because of COVID, he hung up. A very rude man named Karl. That is why I never go to that Post Office. I always go to Millcreek where the workers have good manners and are kind. I never have had a bad experience at Millcreek and have had multiple bad ones at Holliday.
I live in a house that has a small studio apartment behind and both places have mailbox at same place I have our names on one mailbox in bold letters and there is not a day that my mail is in the other mailbox I'm so tired of searching for my mail!!!! I'm wondering if ability to read is a requirement to get a job at USPS?
Staff at this location is generally rude and condescending. They're competent enough and can typically manage to accomplish what you went in for -- as long as you don't mind being talked down to during your visit. There's a leadership problem here.
I'm sorry if you have to work with this location. I've signed up for Informed Delivery so I can see what mail will be coming before it's delivered. My mail is consistently missing. Orders and other items I've purchased are no where to be found. When I called the gentleman helping me literally hung up on me. "The guy that can help you is busy, call back later" click.
