I have been bringing packages here at least 3 times a week for the past 2 years for my small business and have never had any problems or issues. Love that you can drop packages off after hours or on Sunday to be shipped out the next day, makes it very convenient. Also love that they have a pick up at 4:00 pm on Saturdays, later than almost all of the post offices in the Salt Lake Valley.
This place is terrible. There is no one at the counter ever and their customer service is unacceptable. I shipped a package from this location a few days ago and they shipped it to my address instead of the address I addressed it to. I took the package back in, now late to the receiver and asked if they could correct it - not only did they tell me there is nothing they could do, but they charged me double to ship it the second time than the first! His excuse: sorry this is what the post office would do and what my computer is telling me. Terrible.
Beware. This is NOT a Post Office. This is a service inside Harmon's Grocery.
Can’t even handle Post office questions. Claims they’re not a real “post office location”. Maybe you shouldn’t be called the post office if you’re not able to answer simple questions.
They are always open late meaning I can get shipments out the same day even when I'm running late. They are so sincere in their willingness to help solve my problems too.
