Guy behind the counter is always rude. Won't ship my package half the time then I go down the road to the hurricane store and they say it's fine to ship no problem. No help and long lines.
The man working behind counter is ALWAYS rude! Always makes it out as of you are a bother. I absolutely hate having to go in the building Unfortunately have to do to my mail not making it to my mailbox. It’s a shame such a nice town has to deal with the rude, slow, and hateful staff at our local PO.
During the past eight years my family and I have lived here, we've received other people's mail and we've called many times and they still send other people's mail. Read the complete address don't look at the first numbers and assume it ends with whatever you're supposed to send it to. There have also been instances where they skip our house even though the package can fit inside the mailbox and so we have to drive down there just to get it. Im giving this a 2 star rating because most of the time our mail is delivered.
I've been going here since 2006 and have always been treated well. The folks behind the counter do the best they can. Serving the public is often difficult and some people can never be satisfied. Give them a break.
If you want your mail delivered early in Dawn Heights, better forget it.nSubdivisions closest to us, Bent Tree & Rolling Acres, always get their mail delivered in the morning. We sometimes get ours as late as 4 p.m.
