Worst Mail place EVER! Our mail skips a couple days every few weeks and half the time they dont run till late if at all. The service inside the office is WAY worse. The red head lady is a sweetheart who kindly helps customers but the lady named Jamie is rude and has no clue what shes doing and refuses to help customers just rings them up gor whatever to get it over with. Dont like your job then quit cause plenty of people need jobs right now sweetie. At least try to do your job and HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS. Stop tacking on unnecessary charges!
Worst mail service ever in Milton WV! Half the time you don’t get your mail and when you do get it it’s in other people’s boxes!
Delivery times uncertain. I have been collecting skipped twice in 6 weeks of living here, when I had important mail to go out. Not pleased with the service at all.
Not very good at delivering packages on time, was supposed to get a package today but apparently it never left the office. That or it went to the wrong address.
Our mail person keeps putting the mail in our mailbox, then cramming a package in the box, crunching all our mail into a ball! If we get a package that can’t fit in the box, he brings the package to the door and leaves all of our paper mail there where it gets soaked in the rain!
