I wish I could leave zero stars. Where to start? I waited in line for 15 minutes and the woman came to the door said “tough luck come back tomorrow” all because I was following COVID guidelines and I wasn’t standing on the other side of the door. I guess her 2 minutes of typing in an address and accepting my payment was more valuable than my 20 minute drive there, my 15 minute wait in line and my 20 minute drive home.nnI’ve tried for days to get in contact with the post master or someone above her but it seems like that type of customer service is unavailable as well.
Always well maintained & clean. Employees are happy and eager to provide service!+!
Our previous mail deliverer (Jim Casto) was great. Now, half the time they say items were “unable to deliver”....why? No secure place to leave item. Sounds more like too lazy to drive up our hill. Prove me wrong.
For some reason our mail carrier does not know how to shut the door on my mail box and today it poured the rain... anyone want to guess what happened to my mail? It got soaked and was almost ruined. How hard is it to SHUT THE DOOR THAT YOU OPENED????
