The black male staff is very rude, every time I go there.
People gripe and complain about this location, but I've found it to be very good. The fact that they have cut back on personnel is not the fault of the people who are working there.nThe clerks are helpful and friendly, even after getting daily insults from irate customers who have nothing better to do.nSo thank you to all who maintain the downtown Huntington post office. Great job!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They're extremely unprofessional, rude, and my outgoing mail constantly ends up back in my box the next day for no apparent reason other than their own negligence. They also have a habit of giving me one person's packages--with an address that isn't near my address--and this person lives on the same road the office is on! The personnel has a total lack of communication, and when you politely try to present an issue, they get snarky. I tried to call and discuss these matters with someone from management or whathaveyou, but the phone rang for two straight minutes with no answer. 0/10 wouldn't use if I didn't have to
