Have your packages sent through a different post office!!! The delivery here is almost non existent. Even if you pay extra for weekend or express delivery, it will still show up a week late if it even shows up at all. They don't care. Even if its medication needed to survive. Go through fed ex or ups and pay the extra money because at least that way it will show up. I've seen lazy delivery drivers, but not like this. Tracking says out for delivery but if you don't call them or go in, it'll get delivered when the driver feels like it. Its messed up. Save your receipts, and log all your information because if you go through here you may need to end up in court to get your stuff.
This is the worst post office. The postmaster is honestly extremely rude. Every single time!! If i could go thru a different city post office to not have to step foot in to kirbyvilles it would be an honor. They dont know how to hire people to deliver mail. Ive been getting mail in my mail box for 6+ months of my mail, peoples mail that live on my road and not even on my road. So then i deliver it where it needs to go. Its just a shame.
The big lady the counter needs a new job. She angry at the world and has zero people skills. No greeting involved, no thank you no nothing.... no smile .... HOW does she work here unless they are legit stuck with this B. Also, NO MASK

This post office is HORRIBLE! Our mail carrier on lakeside dr is HORRIBLE! He often does not take our mail, 5+ times we have had packages with tracking numbers that say out for delivery and our mail person just doesn't deliver them. When he gets back to the post office he will scan them delivered or he'll say something was blocking his way to delivery. We live on a very small street, NO ONE EVER PARKS ON OUR STREET. NO ONE! We have three, THREE, driveways so there is obviously a place to pull in he just doesn't. We have informed delivery so I see what's supposed to be delivered everyday, we rarely get all our mail. I have complained probably 4 or 5 times but he still does what he wants. Once when I called to complain I was told sometimes the mail carriers didn't have all the mail in one place in their truck so they may have to come more than once when they find more in the back of their truck but he doesn't do that, he doesn't come back. Just does what he wants with no consequences!
