Very rude to me for asking a Question. My daughters birthday is today and her gift is at the post office for tomorrows delivery. I went to ask if they could retrieve it as it just had come in. The one guy was willing to help me out save my kids birthday until a very rude young girl told me no in a very insulting way. This is a small post office and the package was there. I will not be doing business with them again.
First time I'm ever going to leave a review for a place. I have a lost or stolen package that came out of this office. I've tried to call to get in contact with them and no one picks up the phone. I've called legitimately 40 times in the last hour. The phone even goes busy from time to time so either they do pick up some calls or put it off the hook to take a break from the rings.nnWith this behaviour I'm only left to assume the post man stole the package, either they are inept or malicious. I'd say they have awful customer service but given they can't even pick up a phone to commence customer service id have to find a new rating below that as they aren't even capable offering customer service.
This place is a joke of a post office, everytime I try to call i never get through, when I stop by looking for a lost package they blame either my city po or the nearby sorting center po(which is also a bad po). Their employees are ungrateful ppl that don’t deserve that job
I live in smaller gated area at castle Heights in San Juan. Unfortunately three streets have similar name and all three streets have number 1804 .. The regular agent Jessy already knows how to deliver to the correct address but yesterday we had some new agent and delivered to my place somebody else's package which is again very disturbing and wondering if my mail was delivered elsewhere ... And some people if they get somebody else mail I am afraid they just throw it into the garbage . please educate your agents and tell them to read the address correctly. With the post office itself have no issues but the delivery MUST be improved.
Very slow service, do not go if you are short on time they take forever compared to other USPS.
