Thank you so much! ***nHad an issue which could have been easily resolved by an employeed in customer service....after reading these other 1 star reviews I'm afraid this seems to be a reoccurring thing. I hope higher management will step in to correct
I applaud the post office employees , always busy and working hard for us.
People at post office for the most part are nice but not sure whats going on with our carriers. The don't pick up packages when scheduled and there's not phone number that anyone answers. Where are you when we need you.
Lost my tax documents. No one knows where the letter is even though they tried to deliver it and I wasn’t home and the person took it back to the post office with them now it’s lost.
