The lady working the desk here today was really nice. Bad thing is she is the only person working there...there is a line of about 20 people out the door cause she is the only person working! She’s doing a great job but I feel bad for her she has no help. Also I noticed that if I drop off a package here in the morning, it doesn’t even leave until the following night, mail moves really slow out of here I’m assuming it’s because they’re so understaffed. Not the place to come if you are in a hurry. Supplies are limited too.
Very unprofessional. Rushed over after work to be told the internet down just so happen to be down at closing time when my business partner recently went there at 4.
They are always nice when I go here.
I have lived in various parts of Houston and this is far and away the best post office we have had handle our mail. Our local delivery man is excellent and the ladies we have encountered in the office have all been great. Thanks for your hard work, it does not go unnoticed or unappreciated!
If I could give them a 0 or a no star I would but unfortunately you have to at least give them a star which they don't deserve. They are so rude so unhelpful and the wait time it's horrible. Stay away!
