Post office location 5340 Weslayan St, Houston TX 77005nI read the other reviews below and they are all accurate! I never liked going into this post office but it's so convenient for me. I have literally gone in preparing to defend myself.nBut yesterday, there was someone new at the counter. Her name was Stephanie. I have never seen her there before. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful! Friendly, kind, professional - very helpful. Super friendly. I hope Stephanie is a constant at this location. Oh and she's great at suggestive sales b/c I would have forgotten to buy stamps after mailing my package but she asked me if I wanted stamps & well yes I did!nI was so relieved, I'm pretty sure I left skipping to my car.nThank you!
The lady working the Saturday morning shift is rude without compare. I went to this location multiple times because I was giving her the benefit of the doubt (the first time I thought that maybe she was having a bad day). But after trying multiple times, I can say with certainty that is her personality, and she has poor customer service skills. She doesn’t say “good morning” or “thank you” and provide very short responses with no smiles (and this is even after I had said “good morning” and “thank you”). She should be working in the back with the packages since she obviously doesn’t know how to interact with people. I haven’t gone back to this location; luckily there are many other post offices in the area
Arrived today at 4:50 p.m. to a lovely lady locking the door & telling me to use “the machine,” which never functions. I come here weekly but this will be my last trip. Customer service doesn’t exist & attitudes are terrible. Maybe it’s time to retire...
The people that work here will bend over backwards to make sure you get whatever you need. Best Post Office in Houston!
As the other reviews below mentioned, very rude customer service ladies. It's almost comical really I kinda chuckled a little inside because it was almost over done rudeness. I was in customer service for quite awhile and not sure what the reasoning behind it is. If you have to go to this location have a sense of humor and open mind because the rudeness will ensue ud83dude02 just gotta say a little prayer for them and hope thier lives improve.
