Terrible. Guy was completely rude and obviously didnt want to be there. They provide boxes but no tape and the guy says the box has to be taped. Why dont you do it? Donkey.
Parking here is limited and it is a fairly small post office. They have post office boxes and they have shipping materials here as well. This location does not have services for doing things like passports. If you need a passport done, you can go to the spring street post office location in Nashua. At this location, staff has always been kind to me. They just like to keep things moving.
I don’t know who I talked to yesterday on the phone but he was RUDE! He gave me the wrong number for the distribution center. He gave me a number that was disconnected. Not impressed! I’m SO glad my post office is kind and respectful.
The guys at this post office are great!! Friendly, funny and helpful!!!
I'm not surprised that USPS may go under with the level of customer service I received here. Won't ever be coming back here. Good luck getting a new job to the guy who took my package. Rudeness must be the USPS way.
