Not at all happy with the way the Postal Service treats their customers, when you try to cancel an account they are almost as bad a Verizon and AT&T about trying to give you the run around, I’ve been trying to cancel my PO Box for a month but can’t seem to get anyone’s attention, I went in to cancel and was told to just go online and do a change of address, yeah...that went well, I opened the PO Box under a business name but literally have only gotten other people’s mail from day one, 3 months worth, when I tried the whole change of address thing it refused to accept my home as a mailing address, it leaves you no option to chat with a representative to get your message across and cancel your account, it gives you no option to cancel online at all, when you call the number listed you only get the option to listen to a recording that doesn’t give you the option to cancel via phone, it doesn’t, at any time, give you the option to speak to a live person, meanwhile, while I’m trying to cancel from 1200 miles away I keep receiving notices to pay for another quarter just so I can continue to receive everyone else’s mail but my own. I’m not going to keep fighting this, I, at this point, can honestly say What in the hell can we say we are paying these people for if all we can do is listen to a recording that runs you around in circles, we just need to do away with the US Postal Service completely.

I have been beyond aggravated with Lumberton mail service. My oversized boxes have been crammed into my mailbox, which leads to damaging what's inside and the box itself, and extremely hard to get out of the mailbox, almost breaking it, packages/boxes are supposed to be left on my porch, but their not. Packages that are supposed to be signed for are left in my mailbox. I was supposed to receive a package yesterday and never did. Their remarks/EXCUSE was they couldn't access my box or home, (which wasn't updated on tracking until this morning but was dated for yesterday at 5:30pm), which is a lie, it just wasn't delivered. My mailbox is on a side road off the highway. AND I was checking my box every hour and nothing ever came, and there was NOTHING blocking entry to my mailbox or home. Also I always have to check my neighbors mailboxes becuase I have found my packages in their boxes before and sometimes their mail is in my box. Something needs to be done. Here is one of the boxes that was shoved into my mailbox. It had a plastic mailing bag over it but it was torn to shreds.

I was told I can’t upload tracking inside the post office. I had 20 packages I sell on eBay and use the app to scan the bar codes. I was told it’s illegal to scan the package l. I showed them the usps policy that’s on the wall it says I can as long as it’s for personal use. They refused to look at it. So I was forced to enter 20 tracking numbers manually

Absolutely most rude staff I’ve ever encountered, even the supervisor. I’m a high volume eBay seller and was told I wasn’t allowed to scan the tracking bar code because it’s “their services and cannot take photos” although title 7 says I can (available on USPS website and posted on the wall).nnFlabbergasted at how incredibly unprofessional and rude the staff was. Absolute shame.

Last week I was asked to leave bc I forgot my mask in my car, my bad, I went and got it. Today 2 women came in without a mask on and nothing was said to them. That's a load of bull!
