I have to say as disappointed as I usually am with USPS, the workers at this particular branch have always been especially helpful for me. This is my local office where my mail man works from and he is also always helpful when I am needing a package. Lauren at this particular branch helped me recently with a package and even went as far as to call me and leave a voicemail letting me know my package was ready for pickup. I am very satisfied with their service, which is much more than I can say for any other United States post office that I have dealt with.nnUpdate (01/15/21): While I still think that my local postal carrier for my address out of this office is good, the ability to come into this office for any need will cost you at least an hour of your life that you will never get back. I’m not sure if it is just the area and everyone thinking that they have to use this post office (there is another not 5 minutes from here that has little to no wait most of the time) or if it is the staff themselves not serving the customer quickly enough, I’m not sure where the problem lies. I think a major improvement that would greatly reduce the wait time and the waiting queue is having more self help services (that actually work). I normally only stop by to drop of pre labeled packages, unfortunately I have never been able to use the drop box inside as it is always jammed and have to drop my mail on the counter (doesn’t seem the most secure place to drop it and I always fear it won’t get scanned). Another thing that would help is getting the self help kiosk to work, I’ve tried using it before as I creat the QR barcode through USPS so that I can print my labels in store, unfortunately almost all services on this kiosk are usually grayed out (even to buy regular stamps). I think just implementing a few changes could really turn this location around, if you are the station manager, I would suggest sending this feedback to your district manager, etc. these are wise changes that could change many Usps locations.

This particular location delivered my package to the wrong address and have been less than helpful in helping me recover it. Gave them my number many times and was never called back! Thankfully eBay is refunding me the money for the lost package.

Not bad to send email but customer service and there are kind of slow not sure if they've been drinking the coffee every morning or having some technical issues with the PC when people are trying to send mail to their family or a business matter

Poor service, and they act they don’t care. we have been missing packages and deliveries without any knowledge. It seems to them normal. They couldn’t find the address for no reason and sending packages to the sender.

I love the people here, they are always friendly and busy, handling their business with a smile. Especially since corona hit, they have done everything to help people. And the gentleman who takes out the express mail is always courteous and well dressed. Love this place!
