I have never experienced such horrible service for a USPS office. I usually ship any packages I have from my office, this is the closest location to my house.nSecond time using and will ensure to drive further out if I ever need to go to a USPS office.nOn my first visit the Dropbox was not working, second visit I was able to drop off my packages but it has now been 9 days with no scanning or movement. I am out of my money as this was a return for replacement. I don’t have a single scan so I can’t file a claim.How is it possible for a post office to have so many complaints of lost packages and something not be done about it.nIf you can avoid this office by all means please do!nnI wish I would have read the reviews before I entrusted my packages to them! Didn’t even think it was possible a government facility to constantly TAMPER with peoples mail!!!!
Look, I know it's coming up to the holidays, but if you are not keeping the drop bin managed, this is poor support. The bin is locked, there are people in the back we can hear. The doorbell doesn't seem to do anything, so it seems intentional. We have been waiting over an hour to have the bin cleared so we can drop packages. Seems we will have to move on.
This is a good place. I would recommend USPS and this exact USPS location.
Jalal was very rude when we were asking question. Seemed very annoyed with doing his job. Very poor costumer service.
I really wish I could give this US Post Office NO STARS!!! Believe me that I appreciate the postal workers and all that they do, but this has to do with management or lack of funds. I am writing this review while waiting in line for over an hour! The line was moving with two workers behind the counter, but they are also doing passport applications so one of the workers are taking mail while the other is doing the passports. Now they’re more than 15 people in a line behind me!!! Aagghhh!!!! Going to another place for mailing boxes....even if I have to go across town!!
