My package says delivered to locker and I waited all day from the date it set to arrive via my “shop” app however my item never arrived yet it said delivered. The coordinates to my package are close to my area but not in my neighborhood. Seems very sketchy how the coordinates when package was marked delivered is blocks away from my mail box.I dont know whats going on but based on reviews below it seems like this post office owes many residents of the area an explanation.n....nUPDATE: after many attempts and calls to USPS hotline. I received my package today. Im not sure what exactly happened. It should have never been marked delivered if it actually wasn’t. Thankfully I received my package.
Ridiculous! I have been waiting for my item, tracking number says delivered to locker, but no locker code was sent to me, and item cannot be found. I have been trying to follow up on this, to no avail. How difficult is it to trace with the delivery personnel as to what he/she did with my package? Because it was clearly not left behind in the lockers, as no locker code was generated.
Outstanding at making your day the worst day possible over here, cold winter no help for a simple pickup, and rude after inquiring about details on service
I wish it was open longer on Saturday and had better service.
This is the 3 time my package is lost please pay more attention to the address on package, every time I receive a notification that package was delivered then I go to the mailbox and is not there
