I wish I could give them NO STARS. One time I came here some Indian lady denied my package to send international and she was very rude. If you want good stuff come to the USPS on Matlage Way on Hwy 90.
Never use USPS for expedite overnight mail or package if on-time arrival is a must. Sent overnight mail via USPS twice and both times, the mails arrived on the second day instead of next day. Note that you can request full refund if the mail is not delivered on time at the printed day and time on the receipt. Just go on USPS site, request a refund, enter the tracking number. You get the refund check for the full amount in a few days. USPS will not automatically refund unless you request.
I absolutely loved my visit today even though they were a little off appointment time for a passport I was willing to wait & I couldn't be happier! I spoke with the manager and my appointment was attended to ASAP! Josey who did my passport appointment was the best! Thank you so much ! Worth the wait! I will definitely recommend !
There’s one Indian (i think) lady working the counters at this location. Her customer service is impecable and by far the best i have ever seen any staff treat clients in a USPS before. May the universe give her a long, healthy, Happy life! And may USPS recognize her efforts and make her an example to the rest of the staff. I always go to this location when i have to mail things, and always hope that when my turn comes in line, she is servicing.
Horrible customer service skills. It's a Shame the town of Sugar Land has such a crummy post office with rude employees. This location refuses to personally accept prepaid boxes, they will not scan them in and give you a receipt. If the package bin isn't out they refuse to take your prepaid packages period. I have almost been in tears trying to mail a prepaid box and their bin wasn't out, so I waited in line for over 20 minutes to hand over the package (after employees screamed at all of the customers who tried to drop off their packages on the counter), after waiting in line the employee refused to accept my prepaid package, I almost cried and begged him to take it and then he threw it on the floor behind the counter, without scanning it in. This location needs help!nAlso, I have been way over charged for packages paid at the counter because the employee puts in the wrong box dimensions.nRight now a package is missing because they refuse to scan in prepaid boxes, it's as though I never even dropped it off.nTheir protocols are not safe for shipping. I have never received any follow ups to cases opened on this location. Mail at your own risk here.
