Opening on time isn't a priority and they are always understaffed at the counter. Very slow.
Today I was left at the counter for 15 min, and also other staff didn't stop to see where the staff was or why she left me at the front desk. Totally unprofessional, I hope they get better employees with better customer service.
Third time trying to solve a money order issue (previously tried at another branch and with my bank) and here they were able to solve it very quickly. Even the line was moving fast. Overall great experience today.
I live in an apartment complex that gets their mail delivered from this branch. I have had three packages “delivered” by the post person that I have never received. Either the person delivering my mail is a thief or completely incompetent and can’t read apartment numbers.
We have not received mail or had ours picked up in at least 3 days at our office location. Tried to call but it's a recording all day and they never answer. I put important mail in the outgoing slot Monday and its still in there!
