Won't answer phone. Rings 10 times and switches to busy signal. Verified correct number with national call center..
Everyone was really nice and professional. Service was quick and cost was very reasonable for shipping a small package.
I've had to use this post office a few times over the past few months, and I've always had a wonderful experience with the people working there. They're very helpful and sweet.
This is the worst post office in nation. They can not deliver a certified mail after 11 days and have not delivered it yet. Mr. Reginald Payne, apparently a paid supervisor, never there and of course never answer the phone. A camel could deliver this mail faster.
The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked how Monti asked asked the people in line what service they needed and directed them to different windows to get help. Doing so made the line shorter and the wait time better. The only down side was parking. There is a lot of construction in the area so there was no parking along the road. There was only parking in public parking lot that was impossible to get back into! I recommend getting the train or walking to the site. Do not drive!
